My most recent work is an avant-garde meditation on the instability of time and identity. The film fragments perception into speculative echoes—blurring the line between psychological experience and prophetic vision. It invites viewers to inhabit a shifting state, where memory, imagination, and possible futures intersect, and the distinction between internal and external reality dissolves.
Scott Petill is an award winning experimental film director of the Avant-garde, a photographer, and an experience designer based in Arizona, USA. He is known for his short films, "Radiate" (2025), “Five" (2024) and "Three" (2024), and the music video "Impossible Velocity" for Trees Inside Out.
His films intertwine metaphor and symbolic themes, through rapid context changes supported by immersive audio. Largely free from traditional narrative, these works encourage viewers to make their own connections to complete the cinematic experience.
